Patriotic victoria sponge 2 tier cake I made for our street party when we celebrated our late Queens Platinum Jubilee.
It includes a hand sculpted fondant & edible lace crown, adorned with hand made isomalt jewels & silver chocolate beads, with edible prints 👑💂♀️. I’m glad I had the chance to bake a cake in honour of our Queen before she passed.
