I began my baking journey several years ago, inspired by my children, who were born with multiple food allergies. I wanted them to experience the same joy of having a “normal” birthday cake as other children, and from that, a passion for baking grew.

Since then, I have created a wide range of cakes for many different occasions, developing both my skills and creativity along the way. My work has been featured twice in the Daily Echo, and I’ve had the honour of making a cake for Chris Packham and the BBC Winterwatch team. I have also won several baking competitions.

I am fully registered with Bournemouth Council, hold comprehensive insurance, and have completed both the Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety course and Food Allergy & Intolerance Training. I’m also proud to have achieved a top rating of 5 for food hygiene.Enough about me!
